Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential talents through thorough research and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of existing and new talent contacts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to close associations with celebrities and top-tier talents.
  • Oversee project management, ensuring timely execution and seamless coordination between all parties involved.
  • Manage client expectations and negotiate contracts as needed.
  • Support the accounts team in facilitating payment releases to talent partners.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline is mandatory for this role.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent management or related fields would be advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and driving business growth.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances is vital in this fast-paced environment.
