Dynamic Audience Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and execution of audience acquisition strategies for online and offline events, conferences, and campaigns across various industries.

This is a senior role requiring strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and proven expertise in driving attendance growth, managing complex event operations, and building long-term client and partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Multi-Channel Outreach Strategies: Maximize attendance and engagement through email/SMS campaigns, social media, tele-calling, affiliates, and database marketing.
  • Build and Maintain High-Quality Databases: Ensure accurate targeting and segmentation for campaigns.
  • Drive Consistent Audience Growth: Measureable improvement in attendee conversion and retention.
Event & Campaign Operations
  • Lead End-to-End Execution of Multiple Events: From planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Business Teams: Vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations and logistics.
  • Implement Data-Driven Strategies: Track and measure event success (ROI, conversion, customer engagement).
Stakeholder & Client Management
  • Manage Senior Client Relationships: Impeccable service delivery and resolution of escalations.
  • Partner with Sponsors and CXO-Level Executives: Build strategic alliances and long-term engagement.
Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and Mentor High-Performing Teams: Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring employee growth and retention.

Qualifications & Skills: 12+ years of experience in audience acquisition, event operations, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement. Proven track record of driving audience acquisition for large-scale conferences, webinars, forums, or brand campaigns. Strong expertise in multi-channel marketing (email, SMS, social media, digital campaigns, affiliate marketing). Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
