Job Title: Bancassurance Specialist
About This RoleWe are seeking an experienced Bancassurance professional to drive sales growth through our strategic partner bank branches in Kota.
This role requires a strong understanding of bancassurance and the ability to build relationships with our partner banks. If you have a proven track record in sales and customer service, we would like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS: Foster and maintain strong relationships with our partner bank branches to ensure seamless collaboration and sales growth.
- DRIVE INSURANCE SALES: Strategically drive insurance sales through our bancassurance channel, leveraging the strengths of our partner banks to reach a wider audience.
- TRAIN AND MOTIVATE: Train and motivate bank staff to generate referrals and leads, empowering them to achieve their sales potential.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets by maintaining focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE: Maintain excellent customer service standards to ensure high persistency of business and long-term customer satisfaction.
- MONITOR AND REPORT PERFORMANCE: Conduct regular branch activities, customer meetings, and promotional events to monitor and report branch performance, ensuring continuous business growth.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.
- Local candidates from Kota preferred.
