
Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced business leader to join our team and drive sales growth in the USA IT Staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies that meet revenue targets.
- Agree upon sales goals and objectives, and work towards achieving them while maintaining a strong focus on account management and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver customized staffing solutions through a consultative approach, building long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Research and present our services to new clients, developing and executing plans to penetrate new business and expand existing relationships.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, perform outbound calls, and obtain job orders and inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling IT Staffing Services in the USA market, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of ATS systems. They will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal support teams to achieve sales and margin targets.
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environments in the USA region.
- Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management.
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment to delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
- Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of ATS systems.
