
Corporate Growth Strategist

As a corporate growth strategist, you will drive expansion by identifying and integrating strategic targets. You will collaborate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with confidentiality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Strategic Growth- Identify potential opportunities aligned with corporate objectives
- Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis
- Perform financial forecasting, business case development, and scenario analysis; Assess financial and operational risks associated with the transaction
- Manage due diligence processes, working closely with internal teams and external advisors
- Create presentations for internal review and senior leadership
- Lead drafting of all transaction documents as well as closing procedures
- Assist in post-acquisition integration, ensuring synergies and operational alignment
- Develop and refine business segment wise strategy, assessing industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities; lead creation of strategic plan documents for the business
- Support senior leadership in defining long-term business objectives and investment plan
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking
- Prepare strategic plan and annual operating plan presentations and reports for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures to drive business expansion
- Monitor post-investment performance and strategic alignment with corporate objectives
- Lead program management for key corporate initiatives, ensuring completion and achievement of milestones
- Proficient in financial modelling and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with financial dataset tools
- 5-7 years of relevant post-qualification work experience in M&A/strategy roles
- MBA (Finance) from Tier 1 institute / CA
- Minimum CFA Level 2 (preferred)
High attention to detail along with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
