
Strategic Event Partnership Builder

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sponsorship strategy for live events.
- Identify potential sponsors, build a robust pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed partnerships.
- Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and packages aligned with brand objectives and event positioning.
- Lead negotiations, contract closures, and relationship management with sponsors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorship deliverables are met.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and brand spends in the live events & experiential industry.
- Drive revenue targets through sponsorship sales and ensure repeat business.
- Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and networking events to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Events or a related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in sponsorship sales/business development for live events, festivals, sports, entertainment, or media.
- Strong network with decision-makers, agencies, and corporates.
- Proven track record of closing high-value sponsorship deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align sponsorship opportunities with brand objectives.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for live events, culture, and experiences.
- Proficiency in content management tools and basic knowledge of design tools is a plus.
