We're looking for a skilled Community Growth Specialist to join our team and help us build strong grassroots networks across key markets.



Role Overview:

The Community Growth Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing referral-driven, community-led, and partnership-based growth strategies. You will leverage personal and professional networks, affiliates, influencers, and brand advocates to expand our reach and adoption.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and grow network-based marketing channels, including referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and influencer collaborations
  • Drive grassroots adoption campaigns by leveraging communities, associations, and local groups
  • Develop reward-based marketing strategies to incentivize referrals and word-of-mouth growth
  • IDentify and onboard network leaders, micro-influencers, and community ambassadors in fintech spaces
  • Track and analyze referral funnels, campaign performance, and ROI for all network-driven initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design network-centric campaigns (contests, ambassador programs, incentive structures)
  • Represent the company in local meetups, webinars, and community events to build credibility and visibility

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in network marketing, affiliate marketing, or community-driven growth
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral or ambassador programs
  • Strong connections in crypto, fintech, or digital communities
  • Understanding of performance-based growth metrics
  • Excellent communication skills
