Job Description

The role of a Talent Acquisition Manager is to develop and execute strategic plans for talent acquisition. This includes driving best practices in recruitment, fostering stakeholder management, and maintaining operational standards.

  • Develop business plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Negotiate and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for developing strategies for diverse candidate pipeline development
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 8-12 years of demonstrated functional and technical expertise in recruiting
  • Proven track record of partnering with business leaders to analyze business goals and identify talent needs
  • Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment life cycle
Responsibilities
  • Manage and personally handle requisitions and openings across various departments
  • Remain abreast of any legal and compliance requirements affecting the staffing and recruitment function
