Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Talent Acquisition Expert located in New Delhi. The Junior Talent Acquisition Expert will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, and promoting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring
  • Employer Branding skills
  • Proficiency in Interviewing and Recruiting techniques
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
