Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Junior Global Talent Acquisition specialist. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing the full life-cycle recruiting process, coordinating and conducting interviews, and contributing to employer branding initiatives. The Junior Global Talent Acquisition specialist will work closely with the hiring team to understand staffing needs and ensure the hiring process is smooth and efficient.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
  • Ability to conduct effective Interviewing and Hiring processes
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications or prior experience in talent acquisition is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
