Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter located in New Delhi. The Junior Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The individual will also play a key role in maintaining communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Proficient in Interviewing techniques and practices
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
