  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to own and manage employee referral programs and other hiring initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Skills: Proficiency in using social media, LinkedIn, and other online tools for sourcing and marketing purposes.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related field.
