Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to drive strategic hiring initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leadership hiring, niche talent acquisition, and building strong pipelines aligned with evolving business needs.

The role involves workforce planning, candidate engagement, and ensuring hiring excellence that contributes directly to employee satisfaction and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment across functions, with expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring.
  • Leadership & Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche roles.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, succession planning, and future skill needs.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pipeline for senior and critical roles.
  • Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Leverage advanced sourcing methods to attract top talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, engaging, and professional candidate journey.
  • Interview Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews.
  • Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
  • Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
  • Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics, and digital hiring strategies.
