  • Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams">
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement">
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment">
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and HR, to develop and implement recruitment campaigns">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience: 10+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field
