We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in full life-cycle recruiting, market intelligence research, sourcing, outreach, attraction, and assessment.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our centralized Talent Acquisition team and will recruit across multiple functions including account services creative digital social strategy or other integrated solutions.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate with leadership hiring managers and People colleagues to build relationships identify strategy and creative methods to address hiring needs both immediate and long term. You will be a trusted and credible partner who proactively recommends solutions Position us as an employer of choice through marketing of our Employee Value Proposition to attract and retain top talent Ensure an impressive candidate experience at every touch point Regularly communicate recruitment status to Leadership Manager Finance and People Partners Build and maintain relationships in the talent market through both established and updated channels Consistently connect with key stakeholders to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans Keep all records up to date in our ATS Work with your manager and teammates to upgrade recruiting tools and resources Share knowledge across a cohesive team Participate in India APAC Talent Acquisition team projects

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in a recruitment role Prior experience in recruitment for PR Creative Digital and or Advertising agency environments.
