You will work closely with a highly talented executive search practice that believes in delivering an exceptional client experience. A first experience in the Recruitment industry is required for this position.

The executive search process we provide can be quite intensive based on the clients' needs and the search. The Recruitment Professional will be responsible for sourcing candidates through online and offline tools available to build a strong pipeline of suitable candidates and will need to be innovative to formulate research strategies to identify world-class talent.

The successful candidate will also be involved in client kick-off meetings on new searches, support reference and background checks on candidates, arranging travel, scheduling meetings, set up interviews, pre-screen candidates as well as other duties as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates
  • Research internal database and external sources
  • Reviewing and pre-screening applicants
  • Conducting pre-screening calls
  • Writing professional documents appropriate for an executive level audience
  • Creating, editing, proofing and formatting various written documents including job profiles and postings
  • Awareness of all activities in play in order to support as needed
  • Conducting leadership level reference checks
  • Inputting and updating information into CRM
  • Presentation preparation
  • Scheduling meetings, interviews and other logistic duties as required

Other Duties

  • Strong, active communication with team members
  • Preparation for and participation in regular team meetings
  • Liaise with candidates and clients throughout the Executive Search process
  • Participating in client meetings as required to gain a greater understanding of the clients needs
  • Conducting candidate interviews as required
