Lead a Recruitment Team

We seek an experienced leader to manage and grow our recruitment team.

  • Lead a team of recruiters on mid to senior-level mandates across industries.
  • Develop junior recruiters' skills, including sourcing, screening, and client management.
  • Assign and prioritize job requisitions based on team members' capabilities and bandwidth.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through timely updates and quality support.
  • Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Meet team targets for closures, client satisfaction, and turnaround time.
  • Regularly review and report on team performance metrics and hiring KPIs.
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead niche roles across sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS, and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
