Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Recruitment Head to lead our talent acquisition function.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in strategic recruitment leadership, team management, and operational excellence, with a proven ability to attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent.

This role is pivotal in shaping our workforce, partnering with senior leadership to meet ambitious growth objectives, and fostering a culture of talent-driven success.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy meticulously aligned with the company's overarching growth objectives and long-term workforce planning.

Partner closely with senior leadership and department heads to deeply understand current and future hiring needs, proactively building robust talent pipelines for critical roles.

- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous professional development, skill enhancement, and collaborative success.

Effectively allocate resources across various recruitment functions and requisitions to maximize efficiency and impact.

- Talent Acquisition Operations: Oversee the entire full-cycle recruitment process, from strategic job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and seamless onboarding.

Optimize sourcing strategies across diverse channels, including professional networking sites, social media, specialized job boards, and recruitment agencies, to consistently attract high-quality candidates.

Implement, maintain, and leverage an effective Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline workflows and enhance data accuracy.

- Data & Reporting: Define, track, and analyze key recruitment performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and quality of hire.

Prepare and present regular, insightful reports and strategic recommendations to HR leadership and business units, driving data-informed decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing a recruitment function.

- Strategic Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven recruitment strategies.

- Team Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building, motivating, and developing high-performing recruitment teams.

- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

- Sourcing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of diverse sourcing methodologies and tools to identify passive and active candidates.

- ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM systems.

- Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and report on key recruitment metrics, deriving actionable insights.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with all levels of stakeholders.

- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing recruitment challenges.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
