Job Title

We are seeking an experienced and driven IT recruitment professional with a strong background in managing clients, understanding their talent needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes with a delivery team.
  • Coach recruiters and bring market insights to clients.
  • Be the face of service delivery – and a trusted advisor.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Grow MSP/client relationships in the UK & EU.
  • Deliver high-quality IT talent based on client needs.
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or recruitment, preferably within the IT industry or IT recruitment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with MSPs, hiring managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment teams.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure timely and successful placements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and meeting recruitment targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
