Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning
  • Defining the go-to-market strategy for our staffing solutions involves creating differentiated messaging and narratives.
  • Developing scalable playbooks for outbound and inbound growth requires strategic thinking.
Ecosystem Partnerships
  • Building partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and startup ecosystems drives referrals.
  • Representing our company at industry events and thought-leadership forums positions us as the go-to partner.
Demand Generation & Marketing Enablement
  • Collaborating with marketing to run demand-gen campaigns and track brand visibility metrics is essential.
  • Enabling sales/BD teams with narratives, decks, and client-facing material enhances their performance.
Leadership & Growth
  • Mentoring junior sales/BD hires and refining offerings based on market feedback are key responsibilities.
  • Direct collaboration with founders in shaping our growth story is an opportunity we offer.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM leadership (staffing, HR tech, SaaS preferred).
  • Proven success in closing high-value B2B deals and owning revenue quotas.
  • Strong understanding of tech hiring landscape (global).
  • Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance execution with long-term strategy.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with international staffing or remote-first hiring models.
  • Network within startup ecosystems or global product companies.
