Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Experience: 4 to 6 Years of Proven Experience in Talent Acquisition within the Warehousing Industry.

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager with extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and hiring quality talent, while ensuring a strong pipeline for business-critical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels, collaborating with hiring managers/stakeholders, and creating job descriptions.
  • Prioritize sourcing strategies and create effective job postings to attract top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on organizational fit and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and ensure adherence to turnaround times.
  • Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives to promote our company culture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Warehousing/Logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent mapping, ATS software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and data analysis.
