Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic support to our organization, focusing on talent management, employee relations, and benefits administration.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR, with expertise in recruitment, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.

  • Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition and Management: Recruit, interview, select, and onboard new hires; manage the full cycle of employment, from hiring to separation.
  2. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
  3. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  4. Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, salaries, and other compensation to employees.
  5. HR Systems and Processes: Develop and maintain efficient HR systems and processes to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure.
