Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the banking and financial sectors.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with cooperative banks, district central co-operative banks, and Tier 4 and 5 NBFCs.
  • Understand our product offerings and drive sales with banks/NBFCs through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Develop and foster relationships with senior teams in the bank to ensure seamless service delivery and adoption of our products.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through strategic outreach and engagement with senior management.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience by promptly addressing servicing requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Travel within the allocated region or state as required to meet with clients and partners.
