We are seeking an experienced Brand Partnership Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with brands, crafting strategies, and creating lasting partnerships.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research potential brand leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with brands, understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic partnership initiatives.
- Strategic Sales: Create innovative sales pitches and strategies tailored to each brand, ensuring every conversation is impactful.
- Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly revenue targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Pipeline Management: Forecast and manage your pipeline to ensure steady sales growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in influencer marketing or media industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven success in meeting revenue goals and building lasting relationships.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
