Job Summary
At NextNation, we're on a mission to connect skilled professionals with global opportunities.We're looking for a Partnership Manager to build strong alliances with corporates, hospitals,and international institutions to drive our global impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage partnerships with corporates, hospitals, and international organisations.
  • Lead cross-border collaborations with global institutions to support international hiring needs.
  • Design and implement innovative partnership models tailored to emerging markets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business growth goals.
  • Represent NextNation at global forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance visibility and trust.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, international business development, or B2B relationship management.
  • Study abroad partnerships experience or immigration experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Prior exposure to study-abroad partnerships, immigration, healthcare staffing, or international recruitment is a plus.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a global outlook.
