Key Responsibilities

The role involves providing technical support to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pre-sales operations such as product demonstrations and site inspections.
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of production printers and related software and hardware.
  • Maintaining a required site kit to minimize downtime of machines.
  • Providing key operator training to users.
  • Ensuring timely completion of installations within the committed timeframe.
  • Contributing to service revenue growth through volume growth initiatives and inventory management.
  • Being prepared to work in a 24/7 environment as per business needs.
  • Traveling extensively to support customers.

Requirements
