We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Duties and Responsibilities- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to our products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex problems.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and inquiries.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
