Sales Lead Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Lead to join our team at Knowbiliti. As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for leading the sales team to achieve targets and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the client organization (CFO, Head Receivable/Accounts/Finance, etc.).
  • Acquire knowledge of prospect and its products.
  • Conduct wide and deep research on their business to be well-prepared for client meetings.
  • Build a network through client references for developing business.
  • Prepare client and market mapping reports for your business segment.
  • Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of the product to influence purchase.

Requirements:

  • Candidates from the Fintech/Software Billing Solutions/Product Industry preferred having min 3-10 years of experience in the fintech industry preferably in online payments.
  • Knowledge of sales & understanding.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers by understanding their requirements.
  • A professional with good communication skills and ambition to grow in life.

$80,000 - $120,000 per year. Estimated salary range based on industry standards and location.
