Zonal Head
OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Zonal Head. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals in a specific geographic area.
Estimated SalaryOur estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of the Zonal Head will be to drive sales growth and revenue generation in their designated area. This will involve developing and executing business plans, setting targets and goals, and mentoring and guiding the sales team to achieve these objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and management. They will also have a deep understanding of the insurance industry and be able to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in agency sales and insurance industry
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
