We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

- You will be the primary point of contact for educators, school administrators, and tech coordinators seeking support and guidance.
The ideal candidate possesses strong troubleshooting skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, empathy, patience, and a true customer-first mindset.
About the Role:In this role, you will handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 support requests via email, chat, and occasional phone support to deliver seamless assistance.
You will also troubleshoot technical issues across web and mobile applications with attention to detail and analytical skills.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to resolve complex issues and escalate bugs or feature requests efficiently.
Additionally, you will create and maintain clear, user-friendly help documentation and FAQs to ensure easy access to information.
Ultimately, you will identify recurring issues and trends, and contribute to improving internal processes and product functionality to enhance user experience.
Requirements:5–6 years of professional experience in customer support or technical support.
Experience supporting SaaS platforms, ideally in EdTech or education-adjacent sectors.
Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
