Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing expert technical assistance to users, resolving complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide high-quality technical support to users, addressing their inquiries and resolving application-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems, working closely with the engineering team to ensure timely resolution and implementing solutions to prevent similar issues from arising in the future.
  • Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, including troubleshooting guides and RCA documents, to ensure that technical information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the engineering team and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical support, database management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS SQL and PostgreSQL, hands-on experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries, familiarity with Docker for application deployment, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
