We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Growth Manager to drive business expansion and strengthen our client relationships across diverse sectors.
About the Role:
- Identify and engage new clients in IT, BFSI, healthcare, and other industries to generate revenue opportunities.
- Bld and maintain strong partnerships with decision-makers to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Analyze client needs and develop strategic plans to meet their talent acquisition goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends through market research and competitor analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance and client acquisition metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within recruitment or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of IT, BFSI, healthcare, and related sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The package includes benefits such as medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
