A leading online travel technology company in India, acquired by Flipkart in 2021. With a clear vision to disrupt the OTA segment, we combine intuitive products with customer-centric approaches and a wide selection of flights and hotels.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Relationship Manager who will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products or services to key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients or hotel partners
  • Understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges to provide tailored solutions and excellent service
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with key clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
  • Analyzing data related to key accounts, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and make informed decisions
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies, address client needs, and deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
  • Strong consulting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field

Estimated Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹120,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Flexible, but must be willing to work closely with international teams based in India
