We are a design studio and gallery based out of Hyderabad, India. Our studio creates collectible objects of art and design by bringing together traditional crafts and contemporary perspectives.

The Role

This is an intrapreneurial role that blends sales leadership with brand custodianship. You will be responsible for growing our reach, building intentional relationships, and ensuring our brand is represented with clarity, coherence, consistency, and charisma across all touchpoints.

You will work closely with the founder to develop and implement sales, outreach, and brand building efforts. As a relationship-driven sales & brand strategy lead, you will champion our presence across national and international platforms from galleries and collectors to cultural institutions and design fairs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop outbound sales & business development strategies to engage potential clients, institutions, and buyers through personalized outreach and curated engagement strategies.
  • Curate a list of high-alignment industry professionals and lead 1:1 conversations and design immersive experiences or events for engagement.
  • Identify and research national and international galleries aligned with our ethos and lead outreach and placement efforts.
  • Research acquisition opportunities and initiate conversations with relevant departments and curators.
  • Evaluate other curated sales platforms, online marketplaces, and luxury retail partnerships.
  • Handle collaboration requests, assess alignment, and manage negotiations, contracts, and communications.
  • Manage and respond to sales inquiries, nurturing relationships with potential clients, collectors, curators, and collaborators.

Key Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or brand strategy ideally in design, art, fashion, or luxury.
  • Deep appreciation for collectible design, craftsmanship, and the intersection of culture and commerce.
  • Strong global awareness of galleries, fairs, and institutions; existing networks in the design/art world are a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling, strategy, and detail.
  • Confident communicator and brand representative – both online and in person.
