About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Strategist to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in streamlining people, processes, and production schedules for academic-production operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily studio and post-production operations
  • Coordinating across departments (writing, shoot, edit, animation)
  • Optimizing resource allocation, timelines, and quality
  • Maintaining inventory of tech and shoot materials

You will have 3+ years of experience in studio or production operations, strong project management and leadership skills, and a solid understanding of relevant AI tools with the ability to use them for improving tracking and productivity.
