About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing global talent acquisition strategies, programs, and policies to support business locations. You will work closely with line managers to understand job descriptions and candidate selection criteria, aligning with their business aspirations. Your key responsibilities will include managing candidate experience from pre-employment to onboarding, monitoring regional recruitment status, and providing timely recruitment advice and support. Additionally, you will develop and execute plans for Employer Branding and Sourcing strategies, establish efficient business recruitment systems, and offer HR consultative services and policy direction.

Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline, along with 8-10 years of relevant supervisory experience gained from a sizable organization. You should possess strong people management skills, be well-versed in statutory and regulatory practices, and have knowledge of foreign employment markets and current legislation. As an effective leader and motivator, you should be able to build multi-cultural relationships with local and foreign teams, analyze data to inform decisions, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRMS systems is also essential.

Salary Range: Rupees 1,200,000 - 1,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.
