
Hotel Sales Associate

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Reservations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client calls, converting inquiries into bookings, and meeting revenue targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Create business from existing customer accounts by sending new offer updates, packages, and more.
- Maintain the Central Reservation System, create reservations, and update customer records.
- Responsible for marketing and promotion plans on various online travel agencies (OTAs).
- Identify opportunities to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors' strengths and weaknesses, and economic conditions.
- Participate in social media groups related to travel to generate leads and connect with potential customers.
- Schedule client visits and coordinate site visits.
- Track and maintain sales records for both online and offline sales.
- Prepare daily check-in/check-out schedules and share them with the Operations team.
- Collect and maintain customer information databases and contact details.
- Keep track of balance payments, extra charges, and additional services rendered.
- Monitor monthly inquiries through offline and online channels for sales analysis.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports for leads and conversions.
- Follow up with guests for reviews and conduct market research.
- Help in developing new online and offline sales channels/partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in front office/reservations departments in hotels.
- Excellent communication skills, with English proficiency required.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Excel is mandatory.
Work Arrangements:
Daily reporting would take place at our office located at Spaze I-tech park, Sohna Road, Gurgaon.
Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 6 days a week. Weekly offs are not on weekends, and the candidate can choose their day off between Monday and Thursday.
