
Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to identify and engage prospective clients in the US through targeted channels like cold outreach, email campaigns, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will conduct initial discovery calls to assess lead quality and qualify potential fit based on predefined criteria. They will schedule and hand off qualified leads to our business team for further nurturing and closure.
A successful Business Development Executive will research target accounts, understand industry needs, and tailor outreach strategies accordingly. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring all lead activities are documented and updated in real-time, is crucial.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with neutral, clear, and articulate English are essential. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to build rapport with US-based clients and navigate discovery conversations professionally.
This opportunity requires working during US business hours, providing maximum effectiveness for our clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Proven track record of success in outbound lead generation, including cold calling and email marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
