Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 - 4 years of industry-related business development experience, with a proven track record in leading successful initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute business development plans effectively.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to prioritize and focus on key objectives.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
