Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to join our leadership team in Gurugram.

This role will be pivotal in setting up robust HR processes, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, and serving as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all talent and culture matters.
  • Craft and deliver a people strategy that supports business growth and long-term goals.
  • Position HR as a catalyst for innovation, collaboration, and organizational success.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of people processes from hiring and onboarding to performance, learning, payroll, engagement, and exits.
  • Champion initiatives that boost employee satisfaction, retention, and career growth.
  • Partner with business leaders to hire exceptional talent and build strong pipelines.
  • Deploy performance frameworks, OKRs, and continuous feedback systems.
  • Nurture a high-trust, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Lead wellness, diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement programs.
  • Design and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and process guidelines.
  • Ensure full adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Build dashboards and reports that track critical HR metrics and trends.
  • Provide data-backed insights to drive leadership decisions.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience (710 years) as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced environments, preferably in technology or startup ecosystems.
  • MBA in Human Resources from a premier business school/institute.
  • Proven ability to work closely with leadership and influence org-wide initiatives.
  • Proven experience setting up and scaling HR processes from scratch.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • A people-first mindset with a bias for action.
