The Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, engage and hire top talent across various functions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet business objectives and drive hiring success.
- Manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely and effective execution of recruitment plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines and improve candidate engagement.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and inform data-driven decision making.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the QSR, F&B, or cloud kitchen industry.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment dashboards, ATS systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proven experience hiring across diverse functions, including operations, culinary, and supply chain.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivation and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of Keka HRMS or other HR management systems is preferred.
