Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist

The Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, engage and hire top talent across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely and effective execution of recruitment plans.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing techniques to build strong talent pipelines and improve candidate engagement.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and inform data-driven decision making.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the QSR, F&B, or cloud kitchen industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment dashboards, ATS systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Proven experience hiring across diverse functions, including operations, culinary, and supply chain.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivation and energy to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Working knowledge of Keka HRMS or other HR management systems is preferred.
