Talent Acquisition Expert - Strategic HR Leadership

The ideal candidate for this role is a seasoned talent acquisition expert who possesses a unique blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies that drive the attraction and retention of top-tier talent in the industry.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, hiring managers, and employees at all levels.
  • Designing and delivering engaging employee experiences that foster a positive work environment and promote employee satisfaction.

A successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of human resources operations, technology, and organizational development. They will also have a proven track record of driving innovation, improving processes, and promoting a culture of excellence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; minimum 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and technology.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating succession plans, developing competencies, and promoting a positive employee experience.
  • Proven ability to lead global teams, negotiate complex agreements, and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
