
Strategic HR Leader Position

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to shape the future of work in the field of human resources. As a key member of our team, you will design enterprise-scale HRO solutions to win complex deals, architect digital-first HRO solutions leveraging AI and automation, and partner with HR leaders to create future-ready HRO blueprints.
Responsibilities:
- Design customized HR solutions, including outsourcing, focusing on key factors and leveraging digital tools.
- Lead client meetings, solution presentations, transformation workshops, and experience design with employee journey at the core.
- Advise and consult clients on HR organization design, best-in-class HR technology stacks, and optimal use of it.
- Lead strategic initiatives, driving HR Transformation and process reengineering to increase HR process effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Graduation in Human Resources, preferably with a Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Prior HR Consulting and Solutioning experience in BPO Industry with driving transformation and technology implementation projects.
- Relevant years of experience in Human Resources consulting, solutioning, and project management certification.
- Global exposure, knowledge of different cultures, strong presentation skills, good command of MS PowerPoint and Excel, end-to-end knowledge of HR function, analytical skills, and ability to handle difficult client interactions.
