Job Title

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic advice and support to our Sales leaders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated HR support to a Sales Region/Business Unit.
  • Leverage understanding of business and HR solutions to influence strategic priorities, including sales productivity and talent retention.
  • Coach leaders and managers to drive a culture of high performance and act as a trusted advisor on all people-related decisions.
  • Build capabilities and succession/talent pipelines for the future, with a focus on increasing female representation and fostering internal growth.
  • Position the region as a talent exporter and facilitate movements for regional and global roles.
  • Conduct Annual Strategic Workforce planning and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to build proactive talent pools.
  • Drive key HR processes, including performance management, development, succession planning, and engagement, as well as compensation administration.
  • Prioritize employee wellbeing and promote a creative, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
  • Proactively drive employee connection through regular field visits with the Sales workforce.
  • Lead change and transformation initiatives, managing culture change and supporting the overall transformation journey.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with HR Centers of Excellence to tailor HR solutions to specific business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • An MBA in Human Resources from a premier institute.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in human resources, spanning both Generalist & COE roles.
  • Proven experience managing HR for Sales teams in a multinational environment.
  • An engaging personality with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
