Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead HR transformation projects for global clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing HR operating models, driving competency-based talent management initiatives, and supporting HR SaaS configurations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR transformation projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes for global clients.
  • Design and implement effective HR operating models that drive business results and enhance the employee experience.
  • Develop and execute competency-based talent management strategies that identify, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
  • Support the configuration and optimization of HR SaaS solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Requirements:

  • MBA degree with at least 3 years of experience in HR transformation, preferably with Big 4 consulting firms.
  • Demonstrated success in leading global HR transformation projects, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent presentation and project management skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR SaaS platforms, including Workday, SAP, Oracle, or SuccessFactors.
