Job Summary:
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace culture. This individual will lead cross-functional teams to design, execute, and monitor employee engagement initiatives that align with the organization's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
- Design and execute employee recognition programs to appreciate employee contributions.
- Organize cultural, wellness, and CSR activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions, surveys, and feedback mechanisms to gauge engagement levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
