Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced
HR Manager
with over 10 years of expertise in human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, driving employee relations, performance management, compliance, and compensation. This role is instrumental in building a high-performance culture, enhancing employee engagement, and contributing to the organization's long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
- Partner with senior management to address workforce planning and organizational needs.
- Formulate, review, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Manage legal case coordination in collaboration with the legal team.
Performance Management & Development
- Partner with business leaders to manage the
Continuous Performance Management (CPM)
framework. - Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and career development.
- Implement employee development programs to support career growth.
Compensation, Benefits & HR Operations
- Oversee payroll management and statutory compliance.
- Manage
POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment)
compliance and committees. - Supervise attendance, absence, and leave management.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit) on HR systems (e.g., Alight).
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Monitor changes in labor legislation and recommend policy updates.
- Handle legal cases related to employee relations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report HR metrics (attrition, retention, engagement, hiring efficiency).
- Provide data-driven insights to improve workforce efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
(Master's degree/HR certification preferred). - 10+ years of experience in HR management across multiple HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Indian employment law, and compliance.
- Proven track record in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a
