
Homecare HR Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to lead our HR Business Partnering function for our Homecare vertical.
This strategic role will require designing workforce strategies, driving organization development, and partnering with business leaders to build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manpower planning and organizational design for Homecare business units in alignment with growth and cost strategies.
- Drive recruitment strategy and build talent pipelines for critical and large-scale hiring needs.
- Oversight of performance management processes, ensuring quality of goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design learning interventions, including leadership development.
- Establish a culture of engagement by rolling out structured employee engagement and retention programs.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on employee relations, organizational change, and workforce risks.
- Maintenance of compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and audits while balancing business needs.
- Utilize HR analytics to prepare dashboards on attrition, manpower costs, and productivity, and recommend interventions.
- Mentor junior HR team members and build internal HR capability for scaling Homecare operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or equivalent field.
- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HRBP roles in healthcare, homecare, or service-driven industries.
- Demonstrated track record in workforce planning, leadership engagement, and HR strategy execution.
- Experience managing large, distributed, and field-based teams.
