Job Objective

To support the Medanta Homecare business by partnering with departmental managers on manpower planning, employee engagement, HR operations, and capability building, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business managers on manpower planning, budgeting, and adherence to approved headcount and cost structures.

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for Homecare roles using diverse channels (referrals, job portals, agencies, campus, etc.

- Support and administer performance management cycles, ensuring timely goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.

- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.

- Ensure statutory and policy compliance in HR processes while keeping them employee-friendly.

- Partner with managers to implement training programs for technical and behavioral skills development.

- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to strengthen morale and retention.

- Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and conflict resolution support.

- Track HR metrics such as attrition, absenteeism, and hiring timelines, and share insights with leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

- 6-9 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, home healthcare, or service-oriented industries.

- Strong experience in HR business partnering, recruitment, and employee engagement.

- Familiarity with managing a distributed and mobile workforce.
