Job Objective

To lead the HR Business Partnering function for Medantas Homecare vertical by designing workforce strategies, driving organization development, and partnering with business leaders to build a high-performing, engaged, and future-ready workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead manpower planning and organizational design for Homecare business units in alignment with growth and cost strategies.

- Drive recruitment strategy and build talent pipelines for critical and large-scale hiring needs.

- Own and institutionalize performance management processes, ensuring quality of goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and design learning interventions, including leadership development.

- Build a culture of engagement by rolling out structured employee engagement and retention programs.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on employee relations, organizational change, and workforce risks.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and audits while balancing business needs.

- Leverage HR analytics to prepare dashboards on attrition, manpower costs, and productivity, and recommend interventions.

- Mentor junior HR team members and build internal HR capability for scaling Homecare operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent degree.

- 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to HRBP roles in h

ealthcare, homecare, or service-driven industries.

- Proven track record in workforce planning, leadership engagement, and HR strategy execution.

- Experience managing large, distributed, and field-based teams.
